Founding spots are limited pre-launch slots that give you a lower platform fee override for your first 60 days on Servvo. During that window, the more jobs you complete, the lower your platform fee gets — even lower than the founding rate. After 60 days, your permanent rate is based on your monthly job volume. 500 spots available per region across 3 tiers: Pioneer (8%), Founding Member (10%), and Early Access (12%).

It depends on your founding status and monthly job volume. Founding Pioneers start at 8% for their first 60 days. Standard providers start at 15% and earn their way down — at 51+ jobs per month your rate drops to just 7%. A 4.8+ star rating reduces your rate by an additional 1–2%. You pay a small booking fee on top of the service price. Members start at 5% of the job value. The more you book, the lower it gets — Silver (4% after 5 bookings), Gold (3% after 15 bookings), Platinum (2% after 30 bookings). You can also subscribe to skip straight to a lower tier.

Spaces is your home management hub inside Servvo. As you book services, your appliances and home items are automatically logged and organized by location — kitchen, HVAC, garage, backyard, vehicle. Each item tracks its full service history, total spend, and the last provider who worked on it. Servvo sends you reminders when something is due for service based on your actual history. You can also attach photos to any item.

Subscribe to any service and Servvo books it on your schedule automatically — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. You choose the frequency and your preferred provider. Payment processes automatically when each job completes. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. Every completed subscription booking is logged to the matching item in your Spaces view.

Yes. Any provider can create a business profile and invite team members by email. Once they accept, they operate under your business — serving customers in their own service radius, with payouts split automatically on job completion. You set the cut percentage per member. Admins get full access to manage services, discounts, and see all jobs. Members only see jobs assigned to them. If you have founding status, your rate applies across your entire business.

Customers who refer friends get 25% off their next booking fee when their friend completes their first booking. The referred friend gets 50% off their first booking. Providers who refer other providers earn a 1% platform fee reduction for 3 months when the referred provider completes 5 jobs. Referral links are available at launch.

Every provider submits a government-issued ID and a profile photo. We use Amazon Rekognition facial comparison technology to verify that providers are who they say they are. Identity verification confirms identity — it does not constitute a background check. Providers are responsible for maintaining any licenses required for their services.

Yes — permanently. Your founding badge (Pioneer, Founding Member, or Early Access) stays on your provider profile forever. After your 60-day founding window, you also get a loyalty lock — your volume tier never increases during slow months — plus first access to all future Servvo promotions, fee reductions, new markets, and beta features before the general provider pool.
