How It Works

The founding window,
explained simply.

Founding status isn't a permanent tier — it's a head start. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you sign up.

Day 0 — Signup
Founding status applied instantly
You sign up before launch and a founding spot in your region is claimed for you automatically. Your platform fee override is locked — Pioneer (8%), Founding Member (10%), or Early Access (12%) depending on what's available in your region.
Days 1–60 — Founding Window
You pay the lower of your founding rate or your earned volume rate
Your job volume is tracked from day one. If you complete enough jobs to earn a lower rate than your founding override, you pay that lower rate — your founding rate is a ceiling, not a floor. The lowest platform fee on Servvo is 8%.
Day 60 — Founding Window Closes
Your ongoing rate is set by your performance
The founding override expires. Your platform fee is now determined by your monthly job volume — the same as any provider. But you carry out the tier you earned, not Starter. Work hard in your first 60 days and you could be at Gold or Elite from day one.
Day 61+ — Standard Operation
Volume tier applies — but your founding benefits stay forever
Your founding badge stays on your profile permanently, and you're first in line for every future Servvo offer, promotion, fee reduction, and beta feature.
The simple version: Sign up now → pay a lower rate for 60 days → the more you work during those 60 days, the better the volume tier you carry out → founding badge and benefits stay.

Your founding status (Pioneer, Founding Member, or Early Access) is permanently displayed on your public provider profile. Customers see it. It signals trust, longevity, and commitment to the platform from day one.

First Access to Fee Reductions

As Servvo scales and platform economics improve, we'll reduce fees. Founding providers are always first in line — before the general provider pool sees any announcement.

First Access to New Markets

When Servvo expands to new cities and regions, founding providers in adjacent markets get advance notice and first opportunity to expand their service area.

Beta Feature Access

New tools, scheduling features, analytics, and platform improvements go to founding providers first. You shape the platform before anyone else sees it.

Exclusive Promotions and Partner Offers

Founding providers receive access to exclusive Servvo promotions, seasonal bonuses, and partner deals — before and ahead of the general provider pool, for as long as your account remains active.

FAQ

Founding program questions.

The system automatically assigns you the best available founding tier in your region. If Pioneer spots are gone, you get Founding Member (10%). If Founding Member spots are also gone, you get Early Access (12%). If all founding spots in your region are taken, you sign up as a standard provider with the 30-day grace period at 12%.
No. Founding status is permanently tied to your individual account and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer founding status results in immediate forfeiture.
At day 60 you'll land in the Starter tier (0–5 jobs/month) at 12% platform fee. The founding badge and all permanent benefits still apply — you just didn't earn a better volume tier during the window. The badge and priority access remain regardless of window performance.
Never. The founding badge is permanent regardless of activity level — it stays on your profile for the life of your account.
Servvo reserves the right to modify rates in cases of material changes to platform economics or regulatory requirements, with reasonable advance notice. This is a rare scenario and would come with significant advance communication. The terms are fully detailed in our Terms of Service at servvo.io/terms.
