Founding Provider Rates

Applied as a platform fee override for the first 60 days from signup. During the founding window, effective fee = MIN(founding rate, volume tier rate). Pre-launch only — limited spots per region.

Founding window rule: If your monthly job volume earns a lower rate than your founding override, you pay the lower rate. After 60 days the override expires and your volume tier rate applies (recalculated each month).

Stacks on top of your volume tier rate. Applied based on verified ratings and minimum review counts. Platform fee floor is 8% regardless of combined reductions.

Optional. Sets a platform fee ceiling — if your volume tier or rating earns a lower rate, you pay the lower rate. Subscription is a guaranteed maximum, never a minimum.

Payouts (all providers, no subscription required): standard payouts are free and arrive in ~2 business days. Instant payouts — 1% fee (min $0.50) — arrive in ~30 minutes to a Visa or Mastercard debit card, any day including weekends.
Consumer Booking Fees

Customer Booking Fee Tiers

Calculated as a percentage of the job value. Tier is earned through bookings, total spending, or subscription. Whichever threshold hits first unlocks the tier. Sales tax is calculated automatically and shown before you book. Some providers also charge a travel fee — a free radius plus flat distance tiers set by the provider, capped at $100 — always shown before you book and paid 100% to your provider. Tips are optional, added when you approve the work, and go 100% to your provider.

How Servvo Cash works: cash back requires an active subscription (earned tiers get the lower fee, not cash back). It's credited when your payment completes, auto-applies to your next booking fees, and expires 12 months after it's earned. Per-booking earn caps scale with booking size — Pro: $8 (under $500), $20 ($500–$2,000), $50 (over $2,000); Elite: $10 / $30 / $100 on the same bands. Cash back never reduces your provider's payout.
