Lowest volume rate — the 8% platform floor
Rating bonus: 4.8+ stars (5+ reviews) = −1% · 4.9+ stars (10+ reviews) = −1.5% · 5.0 stars (10+ reviews) = −2%. Stacks on volume tier. Floor: 8%.
Payouts — every provider, no subscription required: standard payouts are free and arrive in ~2 business days. Instant payouts (1% fee, min $0.50) arrive in ~30 minutes to a Visa or Mastercard debit card, any day including weekends.
Travel fees: set your own free radius and flat distance tiers (up to a $100 travel fee). Travel fees pass through 100% to you — Servvo takes nothing on travel.
Refer a pro — rolling out: once a provider you refer completes 5 paid jobs, your platform fee drops 1% for 3 months. Credits stack (one per referral) and can lower your rate to the 8% floor.
