Every provider starts on the free plan. Pro and business are optional subscriptions that set a platform fee ceiling. Your actual rate is always the lowest applicable combination of volume tier, founding status, subscription ceiling, and rating bonus. One active plan per provider. Business is the upgrade path, not an add-on.

Every provider earns lower platform fees through job volume, subscription or not. Tiers recalculate automatically on the first day of each month.

Payouts: standard payouts are free for every provider and arrive in about 2 business days. Instant payouts arrive in about 30 minutes to a visa or mastercard debit card, any day including weekends. 1.75% fee (min $0.50), or 1% with servvo pro or servvo business.
Travel fees: set your own free radius and flat distance tiers (up to a $100 travel fee). Travel fees pass through 100% to you. servvo takes nothing on travel.
Refer a pro, rolling out: once a provider you refer completes 5 paid jobs, your platform fee drops 1% for 3 months. Credits stack (one per referral) and can lower your rate to the 8% floor.
